2. Rental Period: The rental period is agreed upon at the time of booking. Late returns will incur additional charges.
3. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
4. Insurance: You are required to have valid insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period. Proof of insurance must be provided before the rental begins.
5. Usage Restrictions: Our vehicles are to be driven within the state of Texas unless prior authorization is granted. Off-road driving is strictly prohibited.

Vehicle Condition and Responsibility

1. Inspection: Vehicles will be inspected before and after the rental period. Any pre-existing damage will be documented.
2. Damage and Repairs: You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Repairs will be conducted by Chasing Mustangs, and costs will be charged to you.
3. Cleanliness: Vehicles must be returned in a clean condition. Excessive dirtiness will result in cleaning fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation: Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before the rental period for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Chasing Mustangs is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our vehicles or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
